Praise for Autologout Alterable instead of Autologout (Drupal)

Recently we had issues with Drupal Autologout module, especially when users had multiple tabs with Drupal opened in their browsers. Despite there are some issues and patches around this in the modules issue queue, none of the fixes worked out for us. Since we were about to go to Drupal 11, we would have needed to somehow make a very old autologout module version (that did not show the issue) compatible with Drupal 11. This did not sound very tempting. So by tip of a colleague I came across Autologout Alterable. And despite this module being fairly new and not having a big user count, the module proved to be perfectly working. It provided all the features we knew from Autologout and no issues with multiple tabs. So I really can give a BIG recommendation for this module, one of the most pleasant Drupal surprises of 2025 for me. Kudos to the maintainer: Anders Mosshäll
